It is my privilege to warmly welcome you to the Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Center (BKTTC), Chittagong. It is a great institution dedicated to the cause of quality Technical and Vocational Education & Training programs both for local & overseas employment. Having its door opened in 1962, this training center has established its reputation as a leader in the field of Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET). In the year 2013 Korea International Co-operation Agency (KOICA) remodeled this center and equipped it with an international level of training facilities with a view to cater to the items of new skill development policy so that it can continue its leadership in TVET for future days.
The center is remodeled with the mission of providing a quality TVET program (i.e) Competency Based & Assessment (CBT&A), that will prepare competent graduates in different occupations for the world of work with the capacity to contribute to national development. This center is going to be a pioneer in CBT&A in Bangladesh with the most comprehensive training package and other first-class facilities.
Blended education and training system are now very effective to enhance quality and inclusive training. BKTTC Chittagong has established an e-campus to provide online training. The objective of this e-campus is to provide quality and inclusive training, blended training to be implemented across all training.
